Do I have to give up all of my favorite foods?
Absolutely not! This isn’t about restriction, deprivation or willpower.
It’s about learning what helps and what doesn’t when it comes to our weight loss and health goals.
We focus on a mindset of PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION…because I don’t expect anyone to live up to impossible standards!

I too felt like I had done everything to drop the excess weight and feel better, but either it didn’t work, or it didn’t last. For far too long, I felt frustrated, stuck and even hopeless.
After years of education, research and experimenting, I finally figured out what worked for me, as a woman with a hormonal condition and a never ending to-do list.
After my own personal success, I put my method into action with friends, family and eventually hundreds of clients.
The resounding success of the women who have applied this method to their lifestyle has shown me that it is unlike anything else out there.
This is NOT some cookie cutter program that simply tells you to restrict certain foods, eat less or exercise more. What kind of results can I expect, and how quickly?
We’re all different, so your results won’t be like everyone else.
That said, as long as you follow the suggestions designed for you consistently, you are extremely likely to experience positive changes to your body and mood. My clients have repeatedly expressed positive results to their health, energy, weight, mood, skin, hair, libido and much more.
The exact results you’ll get and how long it takes for you to get where you want to be is up to your body though…no one can promise exactly how you’ll respond.
Is this safe if I’m dealing with perimenopause, menopause, thyroid issues, or insulin resistance?
Hormones are part of our body and what makes us work. The Midlife Metabolism Fix is specifically designed for midlife hormonal realities that women deal with.
Many successful clients (and myself) have hormonal considerations and have had great results using the methods and tools taught in the Midlife Metabolism Fix.
That said, if in doubt, it’s always a wise decision to check with your trusted health professional when implementing changes to your lifestyle to ensure that it is right for you…in fact, I encourage this.
Do I have to take supplements?
Supplements are supportive and can be transformative, but are never required or considered to be the foundation of The Midlife Metabolism Fix.
We will discuss supplements during our time together and I will give you tools and suggestions to help you determine what is best for you, along with encouraging you to get appropriate advice from a health professional that is familiar with your unique health history and needs.
What if I’m not good at cooking or meal prep?
I get it. I’m not a chef and don’t want to spend more time in the kitchen than I have to! I don’t expect you to either (unless you want to).
I offer clients simple recipes, easy formulas, and a non-intimidating approach that works for people who don’t cook and people that love to cook.
Do I need a gym membership or special equipment?
Gym memberships or fitness equipment is NOT required or necessary in the Midlife Metabolism Fix.
During our time working together, I will be teaching you a movement component that is efficient, flexible, and equipment-free if needed. This is designed to be done at home or the gym, depending on you, your preferences, goals and abilities.
What if I have a busy job, kids, or travel a lot?
I’m busy and on the go a lot too, so I get it!

I’m all about the simplest, most effective and direct route possible that help you reach (and keep) your goals.
How do the coaching calls and sessions work?
Coaching calls will take place at a mutually agreed upon time via a Zoom call.
If you would like, you’re free to record our Zoom sessions so that you can replay them as often as you like
Do you offer a guarantee?
I can’t guarantee your individual results (no one can). However, as long as you show up to our calls and apply the suggestions consistently, I guarantee that I will do everything I can to help you reach your goals. Your satisfaction is VERY important to me. If you’re dissatisfied, talk to me and we’ll find a solution together.
Do I need to be motivated or disciplined to succeed?
No. The Midlife Metabolism Fix removes reliance on willpower. My method teaches a different approach to health, wellness and weight loss because I know that motivation comes and goes.
What if I get off track? Will I fall behind?
Sometimes things happen and we lose focus and get off track. I get it.
Vacation, illness, holidays and other life circumstances happen to all of us. If you fall “off track”, talk to be and I’ll help you refocus and get back to it.

I feel nervous about investing in myself. How do I know I’m worth it?
This isn’t just about weight, it’s about reclaiming her health, confidence, and quality of life.
The truth is that you’re absolutely worth it. Most women tend to forget how to prioritize and value themselves in midlife though…I’ve been there too.
If you care about the people in your life though, remember that you can’t be there for them, if you don’t take care of yourself…you can’t poor from an empty cup.
